Development Consortium - Activities

In 2007, the Consortium will:

  • Conduct an educational seminar in the spring and fall for members and their organization’s board members on topics regarding philanthropy.
  • Hold a member networking event in the summer at a Rock Cats game to give members an opportunity to gather socially with other area organization representatives and professional advisors.
  • Incorporate a roundtable discussion on a current development issue which has universal application to our membership at each of the Consortium’s meetings.
  • Continue to provide information about National Committee on Planned Giving (NCPG) educational events and resources available from other Planned Giving forums locally and regionally.
