Allen M. and Rosalind W. Humes Humanitarian Scholarship
Criteria: Graduating seniors at Berlin High School (Conn.) and the high schools serving Deep River, Conn. and Winchester, N.H. Applicants will be students of average achievement, who have demonstrated potential to succeed; interest in pursuing a humanitarian discipline, including but not restricted to social work, nursing, teaching, medicine, leadership in a faith community, legal aid; and membership in a faith community.
Candidates will provide written responses to three questions, which can be obtained from the guidance offices of the three high schools referenced above.
